In the third quarter of 2024, the jigsaw puzzle app market on Android in Africa showcased varied performance trends for the top five apps, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Just Jigsaws, developed by Inertia Software, saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, starting at around $75 in early July and dropping to $17 by the end of September. The app's weekly active users also declined steadily, from 428 in early July to 212 by the end of September, with downloads showing minimal activity until a slight uptick at the quarter's end.

Magic Jigsaw Puzzles－Games HD from ZiMAD experienced a dynamic trend in weekly downloads, peaking at over 23K in mid-July before declining to around 8.2K by late September. Revenue was relatively stable, ranging between $9 and $57, and active user numbers showed an overall decline from 133K to approximately 106K during the quarter.

Guru Puzzle Game's Jigsaw Puzzles HD Puzzle Games maintained a steady weekly download rate, starting at 1.5K and increasing to over 3.1K by the quarter's end. Revenue remained modest, hovering between $7 and $28, while active users saw a gradual increase from just over 10K to more than 11K.

Jigsaw Puzzles - Puzzle Games by Easybrain experienced substantial growth in weekly downloads, beginning at 10.2K and reaching a peak of over 33K in late August. Revenue fluctuated around $4 to $24, and active users grew significantly from 235K to nearly 287K by the end of September.

Finally, Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults from Veraxen Ltd. showed a remarkable increase in weekly downloads, starting from negligible numbers to over 26K by late September. Revenue remained low, between $2 and $20, while active users rose from 283 in early July to over 29K by the end of the quarter.
